Our Process

Contact us via phone, WhatsApp or the online enquiry form. Share the material grade, input diameter, output diameter required, approximate monthly quantity and dispatch location. No drawing needed for peeling/straightening work.

We send a clear quotation on our letterhead covering per-kg rates for each pass, scrap bag charges, process loss percentage, GST and payment terms. On acceptance, confirm by reply message or purchase order.

You dispatch the raw bars to our workshop at Plot 64, Khopoli Industrial Estate. We accept material from any state across India. For large quantities, road transport via your transporter is recommended.

Material is processed on our Punjab Make Diamond Peeling Machines (Ø70–300 mm). Each pass is measured to confirm diameter. Straightness is checked after each pass. Belt polishing done if specified. End cutting with band saw on request.

Finished bars are measured for diameter and straightness. Each bar is tied with nylon at both ends, wrapped in plastic roll with anti-rust treatment. Scrap (turnings/chips) loaded in jumbo bags — weight noted for process loss reconciliation.

Processed bars are dispatched back by your transporter or ours. GST labour invoice is raised. e-Way Bill is generated for the return consignment. Payment as per agreed terms — typically within 30 days of delivery.
